Dr Stuart Kewley，毕业于英国剑桥大学博士学位，是The Eurasia Consortium董事总经理兼CEO，同时也是牛津大学现任正教授。他曾担任上海财经大学客座教授，此外，Dr Stuart Kewley还是欧洲委员会顾问及牛津经济研究顾问，同时还是英国、美国、中国等商业组织的顾问团成员。

Dr. Stuart Kewley is Manag-ing Director of Eurasia Invest-ment and Policy Solutions, atrade and investment consul-tancy with offices in Oxford,Shanghai and Sofia. Stuartwas the Director of the Post-graduate Diploma Course in European Studiesat the University of Oxford and he continuesto lecture for the University of Oxford. Hehas served as a visiting professor at theShanghai University of Finance and Econom-ics. His research interests and publicationsfocus on trade relations, especially thosebetween the European Union (EU) and Chinaand Japan. He has served as a consultant forthe European Commission, Oxford EconomicResearch, as well as a number of commercialorganizations in the U.S., the U.K. and thePeoples’ Republic of China.
Since co-founding Eurasia in 2009, Stuart has grown the business from one UK-based firm to a group of four limited companies around the world. In 2010, Stuart created Eurasia Educational Dynamics (EED) Ltd, the Consortium’s company tasked with delivering its Continual Professional Development business. In 2011, he diversified the business into technology transfer (in conjunction with Oxford University’s Isis Innovation and Cambridge’s TTP) and developed an investment profile. In 2011, The Isis-Eurasia partnership won a million-euro contract with Russian federal and regional government agencies to support the commercialization of Russian technology.
Dr. Stuart Kewley is the founder and Chairman of the Eurasia Consortium, a globally focused group of companies headquartered in Oxford with offices in the UK central Europe and Malaysia and partnerships in India, the US, China and Russia. The Consortium’s companies’ core competencies lie in the area of strategic innovation (the commercialization of research), business development (start ups – spin outs, scale ups and corporates); capital raising, allocation and investment (angel, super angel and venture capital) and Continuing Professional Development. Stuart began his career in academia and was the Director of the Postgraduate Diploma Course in European Studies at the University of Oxford's Department for Continuing Education (OUDCE) from 1996-2002. Whilst at Oxford, Stuart was a Fellow of Kellogg College.
In terms of his consultancy Stuart has worked with a number of businesses and institutions ranging from small-to medium-sized Chinese manufacturers, to not-for-profit organizations such as the Japan Managers’ Association, a variety of universities and their spin off companies, governmental institutions including the European Commission, Russian regional and Federal governments, Malaysian economic agencies and SMEs to large investment funds such as Rusnano and crowdfunding platforms such as Crowdcube.
